The 19th album from the "godfather of grunge." After a prolific, successful, and electrified run, Neil Young unplugged his guitars and delivered Harvest Moon, the sequel to the immensely popular Harvest. Working with a lot of the musicians featured on the 1972 LP, the 10-tracker is dominated by acoustic guitar, piano, and banjo w/ Young laying down very melodic vocals. Analog equipment from the '70s was used to achieve the warmth that encompasses Harvest Moon, and for fans of the mellower output from Neil Young, this is essential listening.
